Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI) is a local Zimbabwean non-profit human development organization whose mission is to help the Government of Zimbabwe (GoZ) achieve its health-related goals, with a focus on contributing to HIV/AIDS epidemic control using comprehensive and sustainable human development approaches; conducting research that will guide/inform policy and development of innovative interventions for human development in Zimbabwe.
ZHI hereby invites applications from existing and new reputable registered companies, organizations and individuals for consideration as approved suppliers & contractors for the provision of goods and services to ZHI in the listed categories below. Suppliers are subject to ZHI’s set supplier pre-qualification screening process.

Interested suppliers to submit the following Mandatory Documents:
- Company profile (indicating the physical address, telephone numbers & valid corporate e-mail address),
- Certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation, CR6 and CR14
- Current and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- VAT registration certificate (if you are VAT registered)
- Clear banking details
- Clearly defined payment terms
- At least three (3) trade references with full contact details
- For IT Services, submit proof of any accreditations either as support centers or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco, APC etc.
All applications must be submitted by email to procurementsupplierregfy23@zhi.co.zw with the Category Number and Description e.g. “5. General Property Maintenance” clearly marked in the subject line.
Deadline for the submission of applications is October 9th, 2022, at 2359hrs CAT
