About

Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI) is a not-for-profit human development organization which is registered as a Private Voluntary Organization PVO Number 17/22. ZHI’s mission is to develop and deliver innovative and sustainable high impact integrated health interventions with local communities while working with and strengthening existing institutions.


Scope Of Work/Goods To Be Supplied

We seek the services of an efficient Asset Management System that will maximize operational efficiency and ensure all ZHI assets are properly and accurately tracked and managed, including but not limited to, are below:

  1. Develop an asset management system with unlimited assets storage capacity.
  2. Generate bar-coded fixed asset tags with the ZHI logo on aluminum foil tags. System to link with barcoding system.
  3. Establish the physical existence / ascertain the location of assets recorded in ZHI’s asset book.
  4. Establish the condition of the assets (obsolete, spoilt, or lost)
  5. Track asset movement
  6. Track asset maintenance
  7. Project-specific assets

Application Requirements

ZHI is now inviting qualified firms and consultants to submit their Proposals including a cover letter on or before 16/08/23 to the following email address: procurement@zhi.co.zw , with the subject: “Asset Management System: RFP.ZHI.SHARED.2023.08.127”.


The submissions should include the following documents:



  1. Technical proposal (referencing to Terms of References)

  2. Copies of certificate of registration/incorporation (for firms)

  3. CR6 Form (for firms)

  4. Company profile (for firms)

  5. Curriculum Vitae of proposed project team members

  6. Tax registration certificates (Income Tax and VAT in case of firms)

  7. Full contact details (physical address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses)

  8. Contact person and contact details of Project Lead/Manager (for firms)

  9. Three contactable trade references, indicating past contracts, duration of contracts, value, and a brief description of outputs including certificates of completion of the contracts delivered by the bidder in the past 5 years.

  10. Cost of implementing the assignment including payment terms and cancellation clauses.
