We are pleased to have received the People Development Award during HR Excellence Awards which were held on 02 December 2021. ZHI was recognised for its effort in people development, as it has given hope to hundreds of its staff and clients because of its people driven strategies.
The award is a testimony of the impact of the various interventions which ZHI is implementing to improve the lives of our staff and the community we serve. As we celebrate this award, we look forward to a future of hope full of innovative, integrated, and sustainable health solutions.
During the awards ceremony, IPMZ also acknowledged Gilbert Chete who is our HR Director and was awarded the Youngest HR Director in the NGO sector and for making significant contribution to ZHI. The ZHI HR Director was recognized for demonstrating leadership, ambition, innovation, creativity, drive, determination, and energy in his work.
As ZHI, we (all of us) shall continue to touch people’s lives through these PEPFAR/USAID supported DREAMS Re-Ignite, Innovate, Sustain and Empower (RISE) and Accelerated and Comprehensive HIV Care for Epidemic Control in Zimbabwe (ACCE) projects. We keep rising!
