About

Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI) is a local Zimbabwean non-profit human development organization whose mission is to help the Government of Zimbabwe achieve its health-related goals, with a focus on contributing to HIV/AIDS epidemic control using comprehensive and sustainable human development approaches; conducting research that will guide/inform policy and development of innovative interventions for human development in Zimbabwe. Scope Of Work/Goods To Be Supplied

With funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the DREAMS-Re-ignite, Innovate, Sustain and Empower (RISE) project, the ZHI now invites potential and eligible service providers to submit comprehensive quotations for the Supply and Delivery of 100 (One hundred) Laptops and Backpacks in accordance with the specifications as indicated in the table below: (including at least 1-year warranty).

5.1 Evaluation Criteria


The final selection will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable bid that meet the mandatory requirements outlined in the solicitation, with well-defined and clear specifications.  Each bid should contain the items listed in the Submission Requirements column and should be submitted in the order they appear below.

 All applicants are required to submit the following:


1.       Company profile (clearly stating physical address, tel. no., fax no.’ corporate e-mail address)


2.       Certificate of registration/incorporation


3.       Valid Tax clearance certificate/VAT registration (for local suppliers)


4.       Bank account details


5.       A minimum of three (3) verifiable current/previous clients (references), preferably in the NGO sector.
